Farage 细胞系是人 B 淋巴瘤细胞系，源自弥漫性大 B 细胞淋巴瘤（ DLBCL）患者。细胞不表达表面或细胞质免疫球蛋白，染色体组成为 11 号染色体三体。抗原表达包括 CD10+/-、 CD11a+、 CD19+、 CD20+、 CD21+、 CD22+、 CD23+、 CD29（ VLA-4）+、 CD38+、 CD39+、 CD40+、 CD44+、 CD54+（ ICAM-1）、 CD58+（ LFA-3）、 HLA DR+。 IL-4 处理后， CD23、 CD54 和 CD58 表达上调， CD21、 CD22 和 CD38 表达下调。 PMA 处理后， CD21 和 CD23 表达下调。
