PATU8988S 细胞系源自一位 64 岁女性的胰腺癌肝转移组织。细胞形态为上皮细胞样，贴壁生长。培养基为 DMEM + 5%FBS + 5%马血清； 1% GlutaMAX-1（或 2mM L-glutamine）+ 1%青霉素/链霉素，培养条件为 37℃； 95%空气 + 5%二氧化碳，传代条件为密度 80%-90%；比例 1:2（建议），消化方法为 0.25%胰蛋白酶-0.53mM EDTA； 1-3 分钟 。
